[Mkguild] Calling Harvest Festival Writers: Take 2

Ok! Gun powder is not available. Not invented yet. BUT Dragon dust is!
That is basically a magic version of gunpowder. Using magic to help
create the fireworks sounds like a good idea too!

I thought I had... therefor I will route it accordingly.

Didn't say it couldn't be done, it would just have to be done using
something other than gunpowder, Whalish fire, dragon dust, or the like.
Magecraft is the only logical method that comes to my mind.
