The Sondeck is a powerful force, but it does not convey immense 
strength without training.  Garigan is very gifted, but he still 
cannot summon the Sondeck willy nilly.

That said, he'd probably have tof ocuson not using it unless he 
competed in a higher weight class as it were.  Although Michael's 
idea of an exhibition sounds fun. :-)
