Since it is 12:11 AM of the 23rd and Misha's party is the evening there of,=
 I would guess this is quite some time before the party.=A0 Another way to =
say it would be military time: the magic rolls through at 0011 on the 23rd =
the party won't begin until 1700 or maybe later.

t? Aka is it in the middle of Misha's party or sometime the morning before?
