[Mkguild] Is MK Guild Chat down?

I've been tying to get onto MKGuild IRC several times today and can not 
connect.  Trying to go to the www.lapinia.org site I got the message 
"Lapinia is dead. Long live Lapinia"

So is the server down, was it hacked or what's seems to be going on?

For that matter does anyone know of another server to got through to 
access the chat?
