[Mkguild] Character bios

Most of the early entries in the wiki were simply copied from Matt's site. I
do remember leaving off some characters that had not been used in a long
time.

The list maintained on my website hasn't been updated in quite a 
while.  I essentially took all of the details from the old archive 
webpage before it went down.   I decided to maintain this one myself 
because at the time I did this I actually had the time to keep it 
up.  This is no longer the case.  Information on my page is all 
correct, but it may not be up to date.
