[Mkguild] Author list

It was brought to my attention by Amiga that there are a lot of names on the
authors list that never actually wrote anything in MK. We can move these
names to a separate list called Others (or something like that).

Also there are other authors who haven't written in a long time (over a
decade in some cases) and have no involvement. Some like Magnus have
deliberately removed all involvement with MK:
