Thanks Virmir! I was wondering if anyone else out there might have had any
leads but it seems not. On a good note. We just managed to contact Bill
Keiffer!

I removed the links for these artists, except for Desiree, who's link still
works for me. It's much better to have no link than a dead link, so if
anyone spots any more, let me know and I'll remove them. :)
