I do like the red and black colors but the one eye reminds me a bit too much on Sauron in Lord of the Rings.

I'm a DM for my Pathfinder group, so I think that makes be pretty damn evil. Especially since I have a reputation of wiping out parties a few sessions in. I'll lend you my devious nature for a while.

 

The design with the One-Eyed Tower seemed, oh, a bit tame for the great Nasoj. Besides, I doubt he would let the world forget his crowning achievement. So, I propose the personal heraldry include the silhouette of three towers, each with the silhouette of the curse corresponding to it within, all on a pentagram-shaped flag. This way, he could also have it placed on clothes and armor without much difficulty. The regional heraldry should simply consist of a demon's skull on a black, tower-shaped flag, since Nasoj used demons quite frequently. Each providence could have a mildly custom flag, where the skull is replaced by something else. Lutin tribes would replace it with blasphemous symbols, Human towns with whatever they have to offer Nasoj, such as wheat, fish, steel, weapons, etc.

 

Alright, now you have my despicable two cents. I'm going back to thinking up new ways to kill a party "accidentally". Have fun!

I would say, well, I'd almost think of an emblem similar to the Terran Empire. Star Trek, the Mirror Universe. Sword through planet.

For a Duke or King title (Was it ever established what kind of leader Nasoj proclaims himself to be?) it’s not 

quite ornate enough. To take a page from the other keepers, perhaps a few dragons flanking the shield.

However I’m not nearly evil or insane enough to fully know Nasoj’s tastes so let’s not jump to prototypes before a majority consensus has been reached.

For symbols of power he could use:

A tower to symbolise his Black Citadel the seat of his power.

A crown to state his ambition to rule all he surveys.

A slain stallion if he was feeling petty at the time of creating his symbol.

Maybe something to show his magical prowess. I’m not sure how that would be conveyed though.

 

Also for heraldry it is coming to incorporate elements of the heraldry from territories under his control.
