[Mkguild] possible MK banner/logo

That is a nice looking emblem but one small problem. The Horse in the emblem
has always been red.

Of course this could just be another case where I thought one thing and
somebody typed something into the Wiki that was different.  It wouldn't be
the first time that happened.

I created a banner that fits the description of Duke Thomas' coat of arms
(red rearing horse on a black background) and wanted to run it by the
community to see if it becomes official. ( I made a few different versions)
