I heard back from Kekswolf and this is her Reply:

Glad to hear you like that picture! :)
The first character in a colored commission costs 15€, the other six are 10€ each, for the background i'd charge an additional 10€.
So the price for a picture like that would be 85€ altogether.
How does that sound to you so far?
