[Mkguild] Update to Hosting Platform

On the 25th of February, Xepher, the hosting platform for Metamor,
upgraded it's PHP system to 7.2. This broke many things all over the
server, Metamor included. I was alerted to this many hours ago by one
user, who won't be named but left me an empty email so I wasn't sure
what was going on. Anyways, Xepher has provided what may be a temporary
work around until key portions of the site need to be recoded, which
could be just one file or every page. I'll be spending the next few days
reviewing what necessary changes will have to be made. In the mean time,
the site is back up and running. Please email me any bugs you run into,
with details that I'll list later, but before you do that do a complete
refresh of the page with a cleared browser cache before posting. When I
applied the aforementioned fix, it didn't become apparent until I
cleared the cache. Any bugs will help zero in on what changes will have
to take place.
