[Mkguild] Missing sections of Winter Assault restored!

Great work. I'm glad some people are doing the double checks on the 
stories. I know well the black hole that appears at times in many 
mailing lists and web sites. While I've published and had reviewed 
several stories, mostly set in the first few years of the curse, none 
are to be found on the story pages. I'll have to see if I can find the 
versions that had full review done to them and offer them again.
