<html><head></head><body><div class="yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px;"><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I've been reading through some of the stories on the archive and find that many of them are in dire need of updated character sets.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">In particular - in many stories quotation marks and a few other punctuations are just question marks; the browser can't figure out what character to use (chrome, firefox, and whatever it is microsoft uses these days all have the same issue).</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Is there any way to run them through more modern document software, or HTML compiler, to replace the broken characters with functional ones?
