MK is a series of stories by multiple authors which is published solely on
the internet.  It centers around the place for which it is named.
Metamor Keep is an ancient enchanted fortress which is under a debatably
terrible curse.
Anyone staying there more than a week falls victim to one of three twisting
transformation spells, becoming an animal, a child, or a woman (or if it's
a woman, a man.)
However, Metamor Keep is also the only thing keeping the evil wizard Nasoj
from sweeping down through the south with his lutin (goblin) hordes.
It is home to many very interesting characters, such as Charles, the "Rat
of Might"; Gornul, the tiny little dragon;  a court jester known as the
wolfish Wanderer; Phil, a bunny rabbit, who is also the prince of whales;
Wessex, a powerful mage with the body of a boy; and of course, Oren the
Otter. (grin)
