Concerning the epilogue of "Immersion", I'd like to clear up a couple of
points about which I was asked.
Q: Let me get this straight...Oren's going to be a Lutin and forever? Not
that it really matters, but he'll be surprised when he wakes up in the
morning! LOL!
A: No, Oren's not a lutin. The potion which he thought turned him into a
man merely switched the appearance-altering spells which were on himself
and Norebo. Oren is still an otter-morph, but he is temporarily under
Norebo's spell, making him look totally human. In the morning, he'll be an
otter again, and the curse will begin working anew (though I have plans,
there) Norebo, meanwhile, has Oren's unique combination of curses, which
are of course, permanent.
Q: That infiltrator will get caught...I have no worries about that.
A: You'll be surprised. I have plans for Kayrok and his gang. Up until
now, we've had a lot of villians like Nasoj, Loriod, and Nekril, who
although very powerful, aren't long on brains. Kayrok was meant from the
very beginning to be the exact opposite of all we've seen so far. So much
so, in fact, that I doubt anyone will be able to guess how Kayrok's
villiany will end. Sytet and Norebo... well... I make no promises, but I'm
having fun with these two.
