I'd enjoy a thread like that.

Bah, I know. I eventually got over it after a good chat with a couple of foxes, no less. ;o)
I'm just surprised that this would even come up as a problem at all. Give me some more time to learn all the ins and outs of Metamor.
So, for fair warning, I will have no less than 4 canines in the story I'm working on. It's my namesake and his family, so my hands are a bit tied. I'm now considering having them buy a house next door to Kimberly and Charles *evil grin*, but don't worry...we'll bring over casseroles! I'll also have two TGs, an AR, and possibly an otter, just to balance out the scales a bit.
But this whole thing got me thinking. What are the reasons authors have for choosing which curse befalls their characters? I know some are obvious, and central to their plotline, but I'd like to hear everyone's inspiration for when it doesn't rule the storyline. Maybe I'll start a thread for this on the wiki.
