[Mkguild] Rebuilding the Mage's Guild

Yup, you caught one of what I'm sure are a number of errors in this work 
as I rushed it onto the list.  I'm grateful for anyone pointing those 
our as it will save a bit of time in future edits and blending that will 
need to be done as others toss in their parts.

As for which mage will do that restoring I can assure you it will not be 
one mage but a group of the Masters of the guild that will do this. 
Jesse will only do the cat herding needed to get them to where it can be 
done.
