[Mkguild] Rebuilding the Mage's Guild

As I don't have a mage character I doubt I'll have much input.
Looks to be a good tale though I wonder which mage has the constitution to 
take on the task of restoring of the guild.
I did notice that where you wrote partition it probably should say petition.
