*ugh* I've looked at the word finger so many times in the last hour that it
has ceased to look like a real word.  Also, reading short phrases with the
word 'fingered' out of context has very cringe-worthy results.

Ultimately, I couldn't find any references to how many fingers Duke Thomas
has.  His wife, Duchess Alberta, has two fingers as written in Lots.

characters have varies considerably.
