[Mkguild] Hello from New York

   Hello,
   Just a few words to all my friends out there from New York!
   In spite of what is being said in the news we here in New York are not dying in droves in the streets. Life goes on. Stores except for food and the like are closed. So evenings are kind of boring. But its life as (somewhat normal). People who have Corona are staying home. I am taking precautions like social distancing - keeping 6 feet from each other.
   I think we are where China / Wuhan was a month or so ago. I still think that April will be the key month for us. So we have to batten down the hatches and try and ride this out. Be smart. Keep our distance and keep clean.
   More ominous is talk of NY is just the first. CDC is already saying that New Orleans is next!

   What I DON'T want or need is people like Governor Cuomo on TV everyday talking doom and gloom and telling what he is doing to help. I KNOW this is serious I don't need him talking about hundreds of thousands of patients and dead.

   Our biggest threat now is FEAR. We cannot give into fear as that leads to panic and people doing stupid things. The fear could cause more deaths and mayhem then the corona could do.

   My advice to all - keep calm. Practice social distancing and keep clean. Use common sense.  And STOP listening to the idiots preaching doom and gloom.
