Since he isn't, one can only assume that people do not revert to their
previous forms upon death, or else it would be easy to tell if someone
is dead or not).

I could probably find more if I tried.

Finally, I have a murder mystery in the works that specifically relies
on people *not* reverting to their original forms upon their deaths.
