[Mkguild] Updating the Archive

Hello Andrew,
The author should have a good idea when a story takes place so they
can tell the archivist for proper chronological placement in the list,
even if a date isn't specified in the story itself. For non-canon
stories, I'd say just post them in the order sent instead of a
story-chronological order.
